Chef Pong (Sompong Bootwong), Executive Sous Chef, Novotel Bangkok IMPACT, starts working with his cooking passion in childhood, he has opportunities to develop his cooking skills for more than 15 years in the world’s leading five-star hotel chains.  Chef Pong had been opening the team of Veranda Resort (M Gallery) Pattaya and set system for I Sea Sky Restaurant. Moreover, he had also worked with Chef Paul Smart, the winner of the Iron Chef Thailand 2012 – 2013. Chef Pong can create a variety of menus in contemporary styles with his unique dish arrangement.
