Chef Chin (Chinawat Bunluchart), Executive Chef, has spanned his culinary experience over 15 years working at some of the most acclaimed luxury hotels’ eateries in Thailand. Renowned restaurants included Hamilton’s Steak House at Dusit Thani. He also absorbed cooking techniques and cultural heritage from Garman Michelin Star Chef who he trained with. Chef Chin has been passionate about European cuisine. Moreover, his approach to grills is refined and modern. Chef Chin has a remarkable ability to bring out flavour from seemingly simple ingredients.
Prior to joining the team at 145°F Grill & Bar, Suwit Srinarong has been spending over 14 years being administration in various hospitality related companies. With a record of professional achievement in hospitality hotel industries. Accumulating over a decade of experience in Food & Beverage. Suwit is a master in setting the tone for 145°F Grill & Bar polished service and gracious hospitality.
